Come on pretty baby
Let’s move it and groove it

Dance, rock, clap your hands
Shake baby shake
But honey please don’t lose it
Dance, dance, to the rock’n’roll band
This rhythm that gets in your heart and soul
Rhythm and blues and a whole lotta soul
Let me tell you people it’s called rock’n’roll

They say, it’s gonna die
Oh honey please let’s face it
They just don’t know what’s-a-goin’ to replace it
Ballads’ and calypsos
They’ve got nothing on wrong
Country music that drives along
Honey move it (woo)

Come on pretty baby
Let’s move it and a groove it

(Stand tall clap your hands)
Dance honey dance baby
Please don’t lose it

(Dance, dance, to the rock’n’roll band)
It’s all over town
There’s a brand new beat
And it’s hangin’ in here
(Movin’ and clapping, get on your feet)
Like the Mississippi heat

You got fireflies in the night
And bullfrogs croakin’

Oh baby here comes the train
Boy ain’t she smokin’

(Oh yeah)
Headed out from New Orleans and clear to L.A.
You better get ready it’s a brand new day

I’m running (yeh, yeah)

Ballads’ and calypsos
They’ve got nothing on wrong
Real country music that drives along
Honey move it
(Stand clap your hands)
C’mon move it
(Stand clap your hands)
C’mon move it
(Stand clap your hands)
Move it
Stand clap your hands
